Use the following Benton County and Washington offices for the record requested:

- State rap sheets: use the Washington State Patrol Identification and Criminal History Section and WATCH
- Sheriff reports: contact Benton County Sheriff Records, 7122 W. Okanogan Place, Suite A120, Kennewick, WA 99336, 509-735-6555
- Booking and jail information: contact Benton County Corrections, Building B, 509-783-1451
- City police reports: request the file from Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, or the agency that created it
- Vacation or sealing filings: submit the current Washington packet to the court that entered the judgment
The Sheriff Records counter is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closes from noon to 1 p.m. The county seat is Prosser, but the main criminal-record offices are concentrated at the Justice Center in Kennewick. Confirm the correct clerk counter before traveling for a court file.
