Why We Built This Site
Washington provides several public access routes, but none combines the whole record. Police and Sheriff offices retain their reports, Benton County Corrections maintains booking data, and clerks hold filed charges and dispositions. The Washington State Patrol operates WATCH from the state repository. WA DOC and the state registry add separate custody and public-safety layers. This resource brings those official routes together while keeping their different scope clear.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource with no link to a Washington court, police department, sheriff, or state agency. Those boundaries mean:
- Official criminal-history searches cannot be run here
- We cannot submit vacation motions or public-record requests for a visitor
- Certified records and court copies must come from the issuing office
- Individual legal advice and case analysis are outside this site's role
- Agency fees, hours, and portal links can change after publication
An official record must come from its custodian, such as the Sheriff, the proper court clerk, or the Washington State Patrol.
